Really, I think our problems in attack are linked to the shit form of our number 6. We had no problems scoring points last year when he was in red hot form. Widdop has to come good at some stage. He is too good a player not to. But thus far this year he has been playing at about the level of Luke Walsh, minus the good bombs.

Spot on. Losing soward ws big. If we had him and benji I'd much rather that than widdop. When he had it in the end I knew we were in trouble.

Not to mention the predictability of his runs. He was always overrated and this was concealed buy the fact he was surrounded by stars in Melbourne

There was no penalty as Dugan committed himself at the line in attack and then kicked the ball as Souths tackled him.

Bill Harrigan on MMM who hates Souths said that there was no penalty in that at all and Souths did nothing wrong, fair play.

Souths hadn't been getting any calls the last few weeks and with the way Souths played completing at 90percent a bit of luck was due our way.

Souths defended the way St George have been defending as well.

The first 2 penalties that St George got weren't penalties according to Bill Harrigan. He said they were very harsh calls against Souths.

Penalty count was to Souths 7-6 so you can't blame the refs.

St George had enough chances to win that game in the last 15mins and failed.
