Pretty much. Completion rate was about 70% for the game and 50 something % for the second half. Not going to beat the Cows doing that

The Eels have the fundamentals down, just need the experience to add some variety to their play. There was no shame in the way they played tonight, they just came up short against the form team of the competition. After tonight, Lachlan Coote has to be the first player picked for NSW. He encompasses everything you'd want in an Origin player. If Laurie doesn't pick him, he's sabotaging the team plain and simple.

That's what those players bring to the team, the ability to counter-attack from anywhere. The Jennings try in particular was a credit to the Eels out and in defence. For the most part, the Cowboys had the right idea but JT fell into old habits and Jennings made him pay.
