If the player doesn't use his arms, it's considered a shoulder charge a lot of the time and there was no arms in Milford's tackle

As for why I care, I just reckon it makes the Bunker look like they'd placed bets on the Broncos for them not to stop the game and at least look at it, given that's what they did 2 seconds before.
