Hopefully a full game can be had up in Brisbane considering the weather of late

Starts on Thursday 2.30pm (AEDT)

Must win for Ireland if they want to play in the quarter finals

UAE 4/122 31 overs

anything over 200 might be a tricky total for the Irish

Be looking to get them all out before then

Ended up on 278. Was 6/131 when I got out of the car at about 34-35 overs, though it might be over quick, Anwar ended up making 106.

Hopefully Ireland can chase as well as they did against Windies. I think they comfortably have the best top order of the associates and UAE bowling wasn't brilliant so they're a good shout, but it'll be tough

wow, did UAE really end up getting 278? I too stopped listening around the 6/131 mark, thinking they'd be lucky to get to 200.

Should make for an interesting chase

I wouldn't be so sure. Ireland bat pretty deep and should need less than 100 off the final 10 overs which is quite achievable

I had a dinner to go to and it was around the 6/131 mark too. Shocked to see UAE ended up on 278 as well, Looks like they scored 10 runs per over in the last 15 overs with only 4 wickets in hand

Ireland need 86 off 56 -5 wicket in tact

Wilson and Obrien need to score the lion share IMO
