I see brett lee carrying his brilliant form in England..........as a batsman

Hauritz could be top scorer

Great to see our bowlers in top form

Lee ended up with 3 wickets and economy less than 4. Same can't be said for Horritz. Cant gague much from a scorecard to pick who won the race for the pace spots.

I would think Johnson, Siddle and Clark would be our best 3 atm.

I know the selectors will probably want Lee after rolling out all the usual cliches like 300 international wickets and experience and leading form the front and all that bullsh*t.

They tend to place more importance on sh*t like that rather than form.

Then its a matter of do we got with Hilfy, or Hauri ?

kat picked up a wicket that hauri couldnt, I imagine that the pace attack will consist of Johnston, Clark, Siddle and either Lee or Hiffy. Hiffy is a better fit into the team, a into the wing bowler, also genuine swinger of the ball. Lee did pick up 3 wickets (picked up the #5, 6 and 11 - not top order wickets) and hillfy picked up 1 wicket (opener) and had much better economy. ATM i would probably lean towards Hiffy, but he has not performed all that well at test level at the moment, it is not like he is in sensational form and is demanding selection so that might lean them towards Lee due to experiance (not that his number are good in enland either)

We go for Hauritz, we are screwed big time (0-98, 18 overs)
Katich bowled better and even took a wicket (1/32 - 8 overs)

Who cares if Cardiff is gonna be a dustbowl, if the bloke cant turn the ball or keep it tight he is as good as my third testicle

Between North, Katich and possbibly Clarke (if his back is ok) we have the spinners for this series. Who not only can spin the ball, but will offer the side so much more variation

Expect us to go 0-1 down if Haurtiz plays
