This is what happens when you bleed blue & Gold, others on this board won't really care, or they will say how good we where in the second half.

The simple fact of the matter after watching tonights game is that i don't now place all the blame on Smith, Smith can only do so much, it's a players not coached fault for not playing the ball properly, dropping simple passes.

True, however, it seems most players once they leave us play better?.

I think Thorman doesn't suit our style of play, i do think he could offer another club something, just not ours.

But to blame everything on Thorman is just wrong, this guy has busted his arse tonight & over the year to try & offer us something, he knocked back a massive deal in England just to play with Parra on next to nothing.

Truth is A Johns would look bad surrounded by those no hopers. We would be the only club that just has no clue of waht to do in the opposition 20 and on the 6th tackle. Maybe Smith doesn't bother training for that cause he doesn't expect them to get that far. :roll:

What options does Thorman have.....Graham, Witt, Burt, Hopkins etc??.....they are as bad as eachother & didn't offer Thorman any support.

Thorman looked bad to the naked eye, but gee he didn't get much help from his higher paid teammates.

I lay total blame on the halfback. Its his job to steer the team around the paddock. Thorman is no good for anyone. All he needs is a bright red nose to complete himself as a total clown.Without a good halfback you are farkkkkked.

I wasn' arguing with you Ron. I don't believe Thorman should be blamed for the loss, the whole bloody team contributed to that. However I don't think he is the long term answer to our halves problem any more than Witt or Dykes. They're all hopeless.

I don't think so either CrazyEel, thorman was a cheap experiment, others will tell you differently but he has been great for us in Premier League but tonight struggled in First grade thanks to averge games by his fellow teammates.

I don't think Witt is our long term solution either.

Dykes is our only option unfortunately, we should have paid $400,000 for Orford #-o
