There's a real danger in this series for us, of course.

Nicol is nowhere near an international quality spinner and he's not what we're looking for as an opening bat either. I really hope his performance v Zimbabwe (all 4 of his caps so far) doesn't cement him a position. He will be eaten alive by teams like South Africa or Australia.

Ellis looked good with the bat and in the field, and decent with the ball- but I doubt he's destined for big things internationally.
