Ellis is normally pretty decent but obviously not as good as the top quicks like Starc, Haze and Cummins. I’d say he’s more like Burbo.

Ellis is a gun T20 bowler. His T20I average is 19! Not the conditions for a bloke who bowls a lot of variations when the dew is so heavy it would classify as rain down south, though.

Anyway, fascinating what happens when we pick a T20 team and not an ODI-lite squad. Hopefully it becomes a bit of an introductory pathway to real cricket
