We were 4 for 82, sure they both started slow but have both picked it up nicely.

Now they are being rewarded with their patience with easier runs.

One good thing about cricket crowds plummeting (I am thinking mainly Big Bash) is that it makes it less likely that governments will fund cricket/AFL grounds all over the place. Especially since cricket/AFL grounds take up too much space anyway that could be bought by developers.
I think the rectangular codes should get their heads together with cricket and develope a limited overs version of cricket that is played at a rectangular soccer sized field. Maybe incorporate a net and some indoor cricket type rules.
