I'm very disappointed about these two going as well, but I guess we can't keep everyone. I think Kent has probably played himself into more money than we can now offer him under the salary cap - so well done and good luck to him.

Kent has played well over the last month, but has hardly shown he is one of the games next superstars. A solid first grader is about it.

And the fastest winger in the comp? So what?
Does anyone regret losing Brett Howland? He's done nothing since to show it was a bad move.

Based on current form I'd prefer to keep Kent. His defence was outstanding last week.

Rieck has speed to burn but hands & hamstring are still suspect.

Bird has the role Kent would have had if he stayed with us.

I wish we kept Rieck and Kent. Rieck I'm not a big fan of but he has speed and is always getting better and Kent can plau anywhere and geez he is a talent. I'd rather these two then Covell, Mellor and co. But the problem with keeping them both is if they were to make the 25 then they would be in there with Merritt, Simmo, Covell, Mellor so that would mean a shit load of wingers!

I'd love to see the club turn around and keep Kent as he would be an outstanding fullback for when peach goes but sadly it isn't gonna happen

I'm still at a loss as to why Kent can't be retained?

We need a back up to Noddy during rep season and injuries etc, surely Kent wouldn't cost a fortune, what's he worth 60-80k????

I don't want Sullo moving from coming on as a hooker now that he appears to have found his ideal impact position, but if Kent goes and Noddy is injured then Sullo is it.

C'mon Sludge give him another gig,he's playing the best football of his career at present.

I agree Hulka Kent would make a great replacement for Peach when he hangs up the boots. He would have to be one of the best defenders in the club and has a bit of pass as well. Come on Sludge do the right thing sign Kent :?
