Actually, just make RTS captain, he was the captain and has the mana. Just have to settle on a position for him.

I agree, JFH is the only other option imo, he has the mana to immediately take over but regardless with those two in particular we’re well served with on field leadership

Barnett will thrive on it, I reckon it might convince him to play his career out with us, as well. He just seems like one of those guys who drives incredibly high standards and lifts with the responsibility.
