i heard Panthers, Broncos, Storm and i think a couple of other teams are getting fined for exceeding the salary cap so as far as the question how do other teams keep their talent they just pay the fine and get on with playing footy......... :!:

The Broncos and the Dogs have relied on juniors but they have also bought players that allowed those juniors to develop. Name major players that either club has signed since say 1990 and there will be but a handful.....
