who is pumped I am so ready and can't wait for this to happen. I will be backing my west sydney razorbacks all the way again no matter what happens.

We are a bit of a changed side this season and i think for the better so bring it on.

What happened with the NZ team this year? I remember thinking at the start of the year, they would do well, because they seemed to have a lot of the national team players. But I don't think they had a great season, did they? How did they do, and why didn't they do better?

It's hard competing when your team is based in New Zealand. You just feel so excluded from the basketball environment knowing that your not in the nation where the majority of games are played.

Add to this the recent development of the NZ NBL and it would appear as though fans are more interested in supporting local teams then the token team that the NBL gave them. If you know what I mean.

I feel their struggle was more the lack of support and overdose of travel which thrust them into a poor finish in their first season. Hard to see it getting that much better either. Their style of play isn't that bad at all. I hope, for the sake of the competition they have a good run this year.

That aside, I'll still be supporting my beloved Sydney Kings once again no matter who comes or goes!
