2004 tipping comp for local RL fans ....

Just wondering what you guys think of this ....

I have absolutely no far-king interest in tipping on the NRL in 2004. Quite frankly, I'd rather walk on bindii's than watch that predictable bubblegum crap. So I'm wondering if we can't run a comp, based here but not limited to just forumers, where you tip on the Qld Cup, and also one nominated game from each or some of the following comps, each week :

Brisbane A Grade
Brisbane Colts
Brisbane 2nd Division
Gold Coast
Ipswich
Toowoomba
Sunshine Coast
Bundaberg-Maryborough
Gladstone
Rockhampton
Mackay
Cairns
Townsville
Central-West

This would be 20 tips each week, if all comps were included.

The person running the comp can pretty well keep up with results and tables of these comps here on the forums. The allocated game from each would/could be the match deemed the most likely to go either way. There would be three tipping comps in all - the major one being the overall winner, one just Qld Cup, and one regional. And remember, it is possible to win the overall title without winning either the Qld Cup or Regional title individually. We would probably also run the "Premiers" comp as well.

Talk to Oztips and Top Tipper and see if they will let you set up an oddball comp like this.....

I'd like to go in an IRL only tipping comp for something completely different. How about each year tip on a different league.

We can all go in the QRL Qld Cup comp anyway.

Some feedback from ex members of my Tipping Comp last year - they want the option of joining Qld Cup only tipping and not have to bother with the other comps. :idea:
