2005 VNRL Champions League - By invitation only!!!!!

Due to the tragic event in which Skeepe was left out of the VNRL comp organisers Ed and Myself have come up with a solution.

Skeepe was invited into the competition by Ed. I knew this but couldn’t speak to Ed to see if Skeepe gave an answer. He later did on LU. Not knowing this I left him out.

Skeepe made the top 5 in last years competition and has the right to be included in this years VNRL. Which means we have to cut one person as we have discussed 12 is the best number of teams.

After much debate we came to a conclusion.

IN – Skeepe

OUT- Ball_Boy

Sorry champ, but you were only included because of whinging. As we got many applicants for VNRL a second comp will be going ahead.

We still need more numbers. So those interested leave a message here. Must be Raiders fans though.

yep relegation/promotion is a pretty good idea
maybe also the following season an inter lightning comp 6 week comp or something, top 3 of each in a tandum comp to the season good and proper

Thank god for that. I think I have proven my worth by taking a team of no-hopers to the top 5 after I managed to be outbid on almost every player at the draft. If only I hadn't lost by 50 to the wooden spooners in the last round, destroying the confidence of all my players :x

ballboy finished ahead of you last year, I just think he deserves the spot. We all know you've only been retained because you will keep bumping the VNRL thread wherever it may be. PQ has said as much.....
