I don't know that Peters will be part of the top 25, despite the wraps on him from Big Mick. I guess the list highlights the fact there ain't too many vacant positions left to fill?

From the tone of Rob Weaver in P.I there may still be one or two further signings to come although as with recent signings they may only be Tier 2 cap players?

I don't think Waterhouse will be named at 2nd row. Norrie is more likely to get the nod than stapelton (this is based on nothing other than Norrie has a longer contract suggesting they see him as a long term solution). In the form rodney is in I'd be inclined to leave him in the starting side and use pritchard off the bench for impact.

For some reason I think John Lang will persist with Trent Waterhouse at lock. Personally I think the only way John Lang will be persuaded to move him is if he ended up with a long term injury that will force Langy to try out others. He then would be forced to find the perfect lock which will then force the "House" back to 2nd Row. I'm a big "House" fan and would love to see him starting in 2nd Row alongside Big T.

I don't know if it's Big Mick that has the wraps on Keith Peters but it's definately been me when I have had the chance to watch him play. I hope they keep Keith Peters - he's definately a player that has a lot of potential from what I have seen and would love to see him play alongside Gower to see how he fares.

No Danny Galea??

Also i think Damien Blanch might be a possibility for top 25

For some reason Damien Blanch has never really impressed me much. Who knows, it might be his time to step up a few notches.

Obviously 20 of the 25 pick themselves.

The difficulty will be correctly identifying the 5 or so fringe players to make up the numbers.

It's not a decision to be taken lightly as using players outside the top 25 has ramifications under the salary cap.

I would think the young recruit from Queensland BLAIR would have to be in the top 25 somewhere.

I did it off the top of my head yesterday with no stimulus at hand.

Galea, yes. My apologies.
