Considering how crap the weather has been, It's an excellent round. Unless there's a monsoon down near Kurnell tommorow, The Average should remain 18kish.

1. Bigger stadium.
2. Large amount of under-cover space out of the camera's view.
3. Everyone knows that the western (camera) side fills out earlier than the eastern side. It's where most of the reserved seats are and its where the stadium members are. It's also closer to the main entrance so general admission ticket holders are more inclined to sit there.

The fact there were loud audbile "Broncos" chants throughout the game might also suggest where the extra spectators came from.

and hopefully a full house at penrith next friday night also as the eels come to take on the panthers, should be above the 17-18k mark, hopefully higher.

They didn't crack 17k but 16738 is their figure just two weeks ago ;-)

They won well the week before, and the Broncos are a much larger club in Auckland than the Cowboys. 12-15k imo, I'm more than happy to be completely off the mark.

I think the Warriors will get 12k. Gee they were unlucky today.

Surely the Broncos/Titans clash will easily surpass 40k?

It'll be interesting to see how the 5:30 slot is received at Kogarah. Hopefully we can break a run of disappointing crowds and see 15k or so in there. I guess a bit may depend on the result tomorrow night.

Will they do anything special for the Storm clash? Shades of '99 or 70-10 to shut The Mouth up must create some rivalry between the clubs. Will the Dragons marketing play on that at all?

Why would you think this when we been averaging 17-18k at Cambo the last 2 years?

Decent weather we should see that average continue imo.
