Hmm did I hear that right on Sky Sports 1? There is still 4,000 people outside of Canberra Stadium trying to get into the ground so the match has been held up?

And from the looks of the ground there was already half a crowd actually inside?

I doubt 4000, there were a few outside when I got there at about 6:55. But that always happens on weekday games (of course we don't get Friday nighters anymore)

Ended up 13,106 or 13,109

I think the Roosters game will draw a few more than 12k, and the Cowboys game will be right up there close to the 25k mark.

The Souths game I'm not sure about. I'm heading out there and hope it's a bumper. Somewhere between 30 and 40k I guess would be on the cards.

Sharks v Dragons will be at very least 16k.

Great crowd in Canberra tonight. Proved me wrong.

Well done Canberra. I was worried about another sub-10k crowd for this game but the Raiders fans turned up. Good stuff.

R5 is still two weeks away ;-)

Let's concentrate on bums on seats THIS week before getting into anything after that ;-)

I'd be worried if Newcastle didn't sell out their game against the premiership favourites, although tonight's result won't help fan confidence

R4 is a big stand up and be counted round for Sydney. 6 Sydney clubs at home.

Easts V Broncos is difficult. Horrid starts for both. Easts in freefall but its still the Broncos who draw well at SFS. I go 14,000 hopefully.

Knights V Storm 21,000
Cowboys V Tigers 22,000
Eels V Canberra 14,000
Sea eagles V Warriors 16,000
Panthers V Titans 14,000
Sharks V Dragons 15,000
Souths V Bulldogs. We are in unknown territory. Could be massive could be not. I go 30,000 and hope that's conservative.

Aggregate 146,000

I hope we are not going to be disappointed by what on paper is a bumper round.

Great crowd in Canberra last night. Had the potential to be awful but the boys did the right thing and put on a show to get the people plus some of their friends back next time.

I still don't agree with MNF in the capital. Sunday afternoon in the sunshine is the go down there. Happy to be proven wrong though.

Everyone who is going to the game, take a friend.

If every person who normally goes to the game takes a friend who doesnt normally go we would double our attendance.

Surely???
