As f**king if there was 32k at Telstra last night. Fudged figure if ever I saw one.

Good on Souths for getting "that many people" but judging by the camera angles I saw that figure is truly inflated.

Rubbish. The lack of people behind the goal posts was made up by the decent amount of people sitting in the second tier of either side. Certainly more than you see at other NRL games that have attracted 30k plus at the ground.

There was nothing fishy about the figure posted.

The only crowd fudging going on at the about is being done by the ARU for this ARC comp. Crowds of 500 are being bumped up to 3000 on a regular basis.

What people have to understand is that when the Dogs draw a good crowd at Telstra according to Timmah the figures are spot on. Conversly when another side/s draw a great figure (and one that exceeds the Dogs) then his automatic denial pilot kicks in and proclaims that the figure is a rort, it's fudged, doctored, inflated etc etc etc blah blah blah.

Basically he can't handle other clubs getting higher game figures than his and he'll bitch, moan, bullsh*t and assume that his club had the bigger crowd no matter how ridiculous it makes him look. A word of advice Tim, don't assume as assumptions a the mother of all f**k ups ;-)

I said fudged once. I also mentioned the Dogs could be deflating the figures. All I'm saying is that there wasn't a grand difference.

God forbid I have an opinion right?

Timmah, you live in fairy land. The middle 6-7 bays of levels 2 and 4 of the Eastern and Western stand were completely full/sold out. Level 3 (members) was pretty much sold out, and behind the posts was about 40% full. I said to my old man last night that I reckon there was about 5k less than the Souths v Dogs game and I was pretty much spot on.

How you can comment on a crowd when you weren't actually at the game is beyond me.

I used to think you could pick crowds pretty well off the TV, but unlike some I went last night, and the crowd figure would of been correct. The North western Corner was dead set packed and that rarely gets shown on TV.

P1 was sold out at 4pm, that gives you a fair idea, did Souths fudge those figures too??

The Crowd was 32k, ive been to plenty of games at Telstra and that was similar to the Dogs/Dragons game last year which was about 31,500 so it was correct. And what is it with NRL fans that when we get a good crowd we all go criticising it and having a go at it, seriously its childish.

I'm well aware P1 was sold out... it was for the Dogs/Parra game too.

I'm not criticising the crowd but I'm saying I personally am of the opinion that there's an anomaly somewhere, there was either more than 27k four weeks ago or less than 32k last night.

I'm not attacking the Souths crowd.

Watching on TV I did estimate it to be around the 30K mark... Well done Rabbitoh supporters.

You ever been to Brisbane? There's very little you can do in Sydney, you can't do up here... except go up to the mountains and ski I suppose.

I think Melbourne will pack it out simply for the Shield parade.
