I've got a limited edition 1999 Premiership Storm Jersey...treasure it forever.

But yes, I think the Storm could have produced a jersey with 2007 premiers logo....same for the Eagles.

But that was when Ribot was the boss.....

Storm merchandise sells really well, as I imagine Manly's will do so this year.

I try and not wear it too much to save it and wear others. In fact I actually also had No. 99 which I gave away to a close girlfriend who switched to rugby league from afl, even though it cost a small fortune.

Thats great news about the merchandise sales..money in the coffers for Manly and rugby league.

You and I know very well that was not the real Storm playing that day.
In all our history we never failed to score a try. I still can't believe it happened. No other team were left scoreless playing Manly this year???
Its surreal!

Talk about the media hype over those 2-3 weeks after Cam was charged...i've never heard so much vitriol and hatred...it was awful. And all that grapple tackle and chicken wing sh*t all year when all teams were doing it, was disgusting, I could not believe what I heard on radio and read on the web.

In retrospect the Storm should have flown home after the Broncos and Sharks games, to get away from all that crap.

I think all that and a few injuries left us completely drained.

No I was not embarrassed by the Storms loss at all, but was embarrassed by the way Storm were treated in Sydney over the the last 2 two weeks of the finals.

If your team was here in Melbourne for finals and the same thing happened to one of your players = Cam Smith, there is no way they would have received the same sort of treatment as was dished out to the Storm....now that was very embarrassing!
