Man of the Match = Simon Colosimo.

On that note, I'm going out now to enjoy the win a little bit. GO SYDNEY!

did anyone see the half-time performance? I didn't get to see the game but a mate was performing at half time.

Congratulations to Sydney FC. I live in Melbourne and normally couldn't care less about the A-League but if the Victory had won the Melbourne public would have been forced to endure another front page story about Melbourne's alleged status as sporting capital of the country, world, universe, Milky Way etc.

Clint Bolton ensured our papers were kept free of this sh*te for at least another year.

For the record I went to the game and Melbourne can lay some claims to being the sporting capital of the world. I have watched football games in the UK including Old Trafford and franking the I have not experienced the noise that was generated at the A-League Grand Final at any other football game. The decibels generated during this game were incredible and I have not experienced any else like it. Amazing to have been a part of it and a tremendous experience.

Hell Yeah!!!! I was at work last night, so I missed the game, but I'll be watching the recording later. I did see the Muscat penalty though - a thing of beauty! :D
