NBA Draft Lottery took place couple of couple of hours ago, and its turned out that the Clippers have won the No.1 pick.

Lottery order is as follows;

1. Los Angeles Clippers

2. Memphis Grizzlies

3. Oklahoma City Thunder

4. Sacramento Kings

5. Washington Wizards

6. Minnesota Timberwolves

7. Golden State Warriors

8. New York Knicks

9. Toronto Raptors

10. Milwaukee Bucks

11. New Jersey Nets

12. Charlotte Bobcats

13. Indiana Pacers

14. Phoenix Suns

Imo this is possibly one of the worst situations Griffin could have found himself in, being a PF in the same team as Zach Randolph. Surely the Clips have to consider moving Zach. If the Thunder can somehow get Rubio at the 3 slot, that would surely mean that they've had one of the great draft runs in the last 5 years, picking up guys like Durant, Westbrook and Green.

Gotta feel Sacremento, this draft was the only thing they had going for them, now they're going to have to somehow rebuild without a potential star pick.

But yeah, Sactown got done on this lottery. Griffin was exactly what they needed...

What do you think the chances are that Rubio either decides to pull out of the draft all-together or stay in the draft but not come to the NBA next year? I could see this happening (albeit its a slim chance) especially if he ends up on a team that doesn't fit in with the vision of those who overlook him.

Draft is coming up in a couple of days. Its already assumed that Griffin will go at 1. One of the real intrigues for me is to where Rubio will go. I've heard alot of people saying that Memphis will take Thabeet, leaving Rubio to go at 3 or later. For some reason there are numerous people in the NBA who are sceptical of Rubio. I guess i'm heavily influenced by the gold medal game but the fact that he was able to hold his own against CP3 and D. Williams at the age of 17 really impressed me.

Also hearing rumors that Steph Curry may be taken ahead of the Knicks slot at 8, which is where it was assumed he would go.

I think the Thunder would be hoping Thabeet is there at 3.

Kings with not much to choose from @ 4.

My Bucks will take Jennings, Holiday or Derozan I think.

From what i've seen Holiday and Derozan are very raw. I mean Holiday didn't even average 10 ppg as a freshman. I wouldn't be surprised if someone took Curry early, alot of scouts have been impressed with him.

Along with Rubio, i'm also interested to see where Hansbrough ends up. I think its his destiny to play under Jerry Sloan and fulfill his prophecy as the second coming of Matt Harpring. In fact, i think the NBA should reject any other team that tries to draft him.

I thought he'd of been a top 5 certainty. But he is well down on a few mock drafts, apparently because of his height. With Boozer apparently going to leave Utah Tyler would be a great draft replacement.

I can't remember anyone that has had such a wide draft range in their college career. He went from a predicted Top 10 lock to not even being drafted in the first round in the space of a couple of years. I think opinions of him have somewhat improved. I think the legacies of Reddick and Adam Morrison have hurt him. He's better than alot of people make out. He's never going to be an all-star but in the right situation he could be a nice role player.

I still think Redick can become a decent spot or role player.

Morrison died the minute he did that crying ad. If only Jordon could redo that draft!

I can definitely see him being a Carloz Boozer 20 10 guy. The fact that he is 23 might hurt him as well over the 20-21 year olds.

. Come on now. I like the dude but there's no way he even gets close to those numbers. Like i said, Matt Harpring is a very close assessment of what Hansbrough will be like.

I still can't belieow Morrisons NBA career has gone down the sh*tter. Reddick has been brought along slower and I think could be a very good 20 minute a game player. Nothing more, he showed alright handlidng ability in the finals, but it still looked shaky and he looked lost when forced too dribble.

Up too the 5th pick and Ricky Rubio still not drafted! He shouldn't of been so rejecting of Memphis.

Ty Lawson is apparently going to Denver. I love Rubio at 5. I was so scared that he would have gone to Sacremento at 4, that would have killed him. You had to know as soon as Flynn went 6 that Don Nelson was going to take Steph Curry.

Most under-rated moment of the draft had to be Darko being traded to the Knicks. The season of 2010 could go down as the Redemption of Darko rather than the Summer of Lebron :)lol:). This almost made up for the pain of not seeing Hansbrough go to Utah.

Tyler going to Indiana nearly broke me. His destiny of playing under Jerry Sloan may never happen.

Imo Thabeet has the most potential of the Top 10 to be a bust. He's main skill is shot-blocking, thats it. He's not a great athlete, not strong enough and makes Dwight Howard look like Hakeem the Dream on the offensive end. I still can't forget how bady Blair abused him in the UConn-Pitt game.
