Sorry for the thread hijack, just need a little help.
I'm a Warriors fan and have a trip to Sydney that coincides with Rd 20 (Fri - Sunday)
My flight out is 6.30pm Sunday, last check in is at 5pm.
Bunnies vs Warriors kick off at 2pm, so will hopefully finish at 4pm.

Do you guys think it is possible to make it from ANZ to Sydney airport in time.
Travelling by public transport and travelling with no check in luggage?

Only if you leave the game early... and you'd have to get the train back to Lidcombe if memory serves.

Like you, Penrith are in good form, I don't see a problem there.

Cows and Dogs could both come good as well.

Yeah, they've won 2 of their last 10 games and four of those losses were by 13+.

Definitely cause to have them playing on Friday night. I'm glad you cleared that up.

Oh I agree - and Souffs/Bulldogs is usually worth watching, as both teams have big fan bases and a bit of history.

But having Penrith (who are good) playing the Cowboys (who are rubbish) as the other Friday night game is a bit strange. Actually, I take it back having just looked at the draw again, given they usually like to have a QLD team on Fridays and the Broncos rate well on Sundays the only other option was a NZ home game on a Friday.

Looks like the Cowboys got picked by default then

Well one would imagine the Penrith/NQ game would be the delayed coverage. IIRC, isn't the second Friday game like the fourth or fifth chosen game? I.E. Nein chooses 1 Friday game, FOX chooses their Monday game, Nein chooses Sunday and second Friday, FOX gets the rest?
