Your problem is Campese he is now getting over pair after 1 good season. Campese is a lock with a kicking game not a 5/8th. Even if you guys had a decent halfback I would doubt Campese would let him have the ball.

I think McCrone is getting better all the time and certainly looks better than Herbert imo. Would have liked to see more of Flanagan. Can't fathom why Tongue, Buttriss and Waddell have all been ahead of him.

C'mon Timbo he had plenty of opportunity in the QLD cup to push for FG recall. He failed to deliver FG standard footy up there. If he was good enough or keen he would of done enough to get a gig back in canberra.
