The last 8-10 minutes of this game was farcically hilarious. Spain didn't want to risk losing so were just passing it among themselves and Chile seemed happy to just lay off them and allow Spain to execute their little training session.

Switzerland were pathetic against Honduras, Hondures could easily have won that by a couple, some of the chances they missed were amazing.

Very happy to see Spain and Chile go through to set up some mouth watering games, Chile have never beaten Brazil in a competitive match, I think they will give them a run for their money...

Yeah no idea why, Sanchez is their best player IMO, has a great first touch and ball control. Don't really know why they took off Krasic against us the other night either

So much for the experts who tried to spin it that Switzerland's win over Spain wasn't a fluke. Yeh, great tactical team and a master coach who couldn't even figure out Honduras, good riddance to bad rubbish.

Such a shame for Switzerland - such a promising start against the world #1s and then losing the following 2. Oh well...

Agreed, much better to see a positive attacking team like Chile go through rather than the dour play of the Swiss

I had a real problem with the Chile red card. As I understood the rules, if you play advantage and they score, you don't go back and book the player (unless it's foul play, not for a professional foul like what the chilean defender did).
