Seems to be a fair bit of friction between Robbie and Benji over this...

Where do you get the idea that there is friction???

Robbie is our captain..and should and probably will remain our captain for as long as he wants...

I have no problems with Farah staying captain. I have plenty of problems with his form this year (and for a couple of seasons) but hopefully that will improve.

His form this year has been down for a couple of reasons (nagging injuries, ruck interpretation etc) but last year he finished second in Dally M voting and fourth in 2009 so what's the problem with his form last couple of seasons?

Farah should remain captain, purely because he keeps busting his arse even when out of form, thats the sort of leader you want.

Benji plays much better without the pressure of captaincy on his head in the week in-week out grind.

Co-captaincy is a stupid concept in my opinion. It just doesn't work. Farah has earned the captaincy.

He actually has the attention of reffs when he approaches and is rarely dismissed out of hand

Farah is my pick but if something was to happen to Robbie ,I would have no problem with Lawrence I think he is a natural ...

Farah no contest for mine. Lawrence should definitely be groomed for captain later though.

Captains need to be able to speak well and diplomatically (for both dealing with refs and the media) as well as having the respect of their players, being able to make calm decisions on field and being on the field for 90% of the game.
