2012 Goal Kicking

Or give it to Inglis... he can do anything/everything.

I have had this idea for sometime that teams should be able to carry as part of thoier 25 men roster a specialist goal kicker who can come on the field to kick goals.

I am not sure, That player would be overly happy that he isn't getting any regulation game time though.

Reynolds would be the only player that we could sit out just for goal kicking, No way you'd put Inglis or Luke on the "Special" Team.

Unless Covell agreed to return or Orford or someone that is clearly on the NRL outer or hasn't broken into the NRL as of yet then it would cause alot of hassles.

Great idea. We could also get everyone to wear helmets and shoulder pads and maybe a even a different team for offense and defence. And then maybe change the R in NRL to an F .

Merrit , Luke would be my first choice , with Reynolds, Inglis backup.
Given that Luke has always been chosen kicker ahead of Merritt , assume Luke will be first choice.
Anyway our new coachs decision during the offseason.

In 2012 Souths have James Roberts, Dylan Farrell, Adam Reynolds and Issac Luke, Dave Taylor as kickers.

Nathan Merritt can kick but not as good as those above.

i've created a mould that makes kicking tees out of chocolate & shipped a couple of hundred of them over to rabbitohs HQ..

for every shot greg inglis makes, he gets to eat the kicking tee afterwards..
