Apparently Taylor said at the tigers fan day yesterday that the tigers will be taking a very young squad. None of the 4N players will be going. Mania cherrington, Nathan brown, Deloiose hoeter, Salesi Funaki and Brendan santi were all mentioned as playing.

Want the Roosters to win but Warriors probably will.

Probably one of the weakest squads on paper imo.

Yeah tigers look weak, not a huge amount of speed. Mainly fringe players, Taylor's said he's viewing it as a trial for round 1 spots up for grabs.

Think Simona and akauloa will go well. Excited to see young backrowers funaki and Lioveleve, dissapointed the likes of Marion Seve, te Martin and Watson heleta aren't playing.

Warriors and titans look like they'll progress easily.

Warriors squad trimmed from 22 to 18 - Peyroux, Ikahihifo, Wright (suspended) and Mannering are out.

Think the raiders will do the tigers, have a lot more pace. Surprised akauloa and sue left out of the tigers side, both good off loaders. Excited to see Lioveleve start but other then that not expecting much.
