OKC in that second quarter panicked. Their shot selection and boxing out off the boards was awful. Blokes over committing left right and centre.

OKC have almost literally no shooting. GSW are otherworldly in this area. I'm not sure why people expected anything other than that result. Only time OKC looked remotely competitive was when Adams was owning Pachulia early on.

Its ironic - their only decent shooter last year was KD who ended up torching his own team. He showed no mercy. It was savage.

They set a high pick and roll early for Adams a few times and it looked devastating. It also meant they had room to dish to the perimeter ifGSW over committed. But then they went to trying to be super Iso players to drive to the lane without picks, without having created an advantage from fast ball movement.. It was like they had no idea offensively what to do and that they had to use only 10 seconds of the shot clock. Recipe for disaster. Definitely need a player who can add some jump shooting. Adams, Westbrook are good, Sabonis will come good, Olidipo is ok, they need someone else though to compete with the big boys.

Happy to see the Lakers somewhat competitive again. Steph was at 157 consecutive games with a three until today...

I had an absolute hard-on that whole game. I had zero expectations of winning. I just wanted to see how the young Lakers were going as well as see the skills of the superteam. Man, there is some talent there. Russell and Randle are stars.
Best game as a Laker fan in years....I know recent years have been very lean.

Awesome from the Lakers. Klaus Thompson looks like a bloke not enjoying things behind Durant and Curry. No interior defence tonight from them at all. Luke Walton schooled Steve Kerr. Looked far more structured. GSW had no other option but pop down 3s.

Think you might be waiting a while, they would have to still be looking shaky at around halfway through the season before the bookies would consider offering juicier prices on them I reckon.

Curry definitely hit back after his awful game v the Lakers, broke the NBA record for 3's in a game today. 13 from 17

at least the attention the warriors are getting means no ones noticed the spurs losing 3 straight at home.. who would have thought that at the start of the year?

Yeah not sure what's going wrong
I haven't really had a chance to watch the games cause of work unfortunately
40-1 record at home last season now already 1-3

Parker's out injured. No Duncan and Gasol has been pedestrian, Manu is just old. Kawi and Aldridge are their only two reliable attacking weapons. Green has been out as well. Not that surprised with the result really.

Yeah I guess with pop's teams you just expect them to keep winning.. People have been predicting their demise for years.. Haha
