Isnt the Pacific tests double header on the same weekend as the ANZAC test? PNG vs Fiji and Samoa Vs Tonga.

They're playing at Parramatta this time.

Believe PF is correct.

Saturday 7th May.... Pacific Tests as described (plus the Junior / Under 20's Test on the same day ....so good value for your ticket price !)

Still no dates and locations for the 4 nations. No confirmed end of season tests for any pacific nation. Is there a euro cup or test series for Wales, France? All the Aussie press want to talk about is radradra playing for nsw and Australia. Nothing has changed in rugby league, I'm sick of it.

Wales yes (see list in the original post), France don't have anything scheduled yet though.

Scotland should not even be there, let alone hosting a match. They are doing the responsible thing and playing the match in an area where it's guaranteed to get more than 2000 spectators turning up.

Wales and France both got to host matches when they qualified for the 4 nations.Scotland should have been given at least one fixture.

agree. shying away from playing the scottish team at home ain't going to help league an iota in scotland. few argued against ireland - australia in Limerick. similar situation here. It won't be pretty but might as well go for it.

Eh, not that big a deal. Scotland held no games in Scotland during the 2013 WC either, so its not without precedent.

I think the more troubling issue from that article is that some RFL Directors wanted to play the Final at DW Stadium Wigan, as opposed to Anfield Liverpool. I mean, talk about selling out sport

:?

I find that odd, smaller stadium. Whilst it'll probably look good sold out, imagine over 30,000 or 40,000(hopefully) at one of the best known soccer stadiums in the world.

When was the last time League was played at Anfield, 1991??

As for Scotland not hosting games, I heard somewhere they wanted to play a double header at one of the bigger grounds.

But I mean they were hosting Internationals at Workington, so where in Scotland do they normally play internationals?

They'd been playing in Galashiels, a small town with a Rugby Union team and probably had about 1,500 turn up to watch when they played there in 2014 and 2015.

Yeah. 1500 Scottish people. Now they'll play in front of 5000 people who watch RL every second week. Bravo expansion and development.
