I think Penrith might be in for a long season.

Soward & Wallace are so over the hill and average. And if TMM gets a go then, unlike Hastings & Nikorima, he'll be operating behind a very average middle 3rd of forwards.

I also think they risk losing the younger Jennings bros and/or Blake due to the inexplicable purchase of a more expensive, and less talented back, in Peter Hiku.

Penrith fans should be happy about my prediction because the last time I wrote Penrith off they famously over achieved given their injury toll and made it all the way to the Prelim

Not sure why Raiders fans are carrying on with so much arrogance. Yes they ripped the Knights to shreds in the first half but their defence was never tested...they had all the ball. In the second 40 they were ripped to shreds - yes they took off a lot of their starting players blah blah blah but if the majority of your depth players are unable to tackle against a bunch of mostly inexperienced Knights players then you're in for a long season if you pick up a couple of injuries.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a knights fan and I know we're shit and in for yet another season of hurt but I don't know why Raiders fans everywhere are acting so cocky either. There's no reason to atm.

Lol I made the mistake of checking out the other Raiders forum because I wanted to see what the reaction was to Tapine's signing ... Arrogant and deluded beyond belief :lol:
