Was 20-all until Josh Hall (AFL convert) scored on the hooter to give the mountain men the win.

Hall also scored the first try in reserve grade,and set another up by jumping high and tapping the ball back to the try scorer.

So in two weekends,he has scored three tries

Was at the charity shield, probably the worst game of league I've ever seen. Would love to know the completion rates, I'd say both teams below 40%.

Thought Souths were much better then saints who had a heap more first grade starters playing. Benji looked fat and shit but was still better then Hutchinson. Anyways first trial and was stinking hot out there so take nothing from it.

Tigers beat storm 18-16 (4 tries to 3). By all reports pretty dominate apart from a 10 min period where storm scored all 3 tries. Tigers would want to win considering storm only had 3/4 first graders and Tigers had 7/8. Apparently neither team have injuries which is the main thing

Madge was impressed how Souths held St George out considering there were a lot of guys who haven't played first grade.

Surely Souths can't be as dumb as the Bulldogs with Cook? He was better than Lichaa and is better than McInness. He should be the starting 9.

I think it's better if McInnes starts and Cook comes on when the opposition tires (maybe after around 20 mins).
