We should win this but our form his been highly erratic the past 6 weeks. It will probably come down to how well Carty plays. Moylan will be tired and probably won't do much. No idea if GI backs up 2 days later.

Panthers shpuld win big. But have ahabit of playing to the quality of their opposition. Outside of the Storm game every game has been pretty close for the most part.

Panthers can't put in an 80 minute performance and have shit goal line defence. If you get to the line you will score more often then not. I always hope to give away a penalty and only concede 2. We would win many more games if we did that.

Our attack for the most part of the season has been just a smidge below average. In the off-season drills,as it seems, the defense structures have gelled well and have adopted well to the new coaches theories on field.

Although,if our attack had been given as much notice,we most certainly would have been in the top 4.

That being said,I suppose it does take time to group together a playing squad of men,and to get them all into heading in the same direction.

But as far as this game is concerned,it looks like the GC game all over again.Supremely confident that we were going to simply show up,and the win would take care of itself.Instead,we got our pants pulled down...embarrassingly.

So it doesn't take the nous of a rocket scientist to work out that every match is a danger game with any side just as disparate as us in trying to get ahead of the also rans.

Putting our best foot forward, and treating Souths with the respect they deserve,we should see us get home by 8-12 points.

This again, will be a hard fought match with Penrith,if they lose one more game, will lose another finger grip on the edge of the ledge.

Souths lose,it's adios for the season. If it hasn't already.

I'm thinking a corner might have been turned in the last game at Brookvale.

If things conspire to give us 31% possession in the first half again in this match, we'll be in even more trouble, given this is a stronger opponent.

However, I don't expect this to happen again this or most seasons.

Being 2nd in missed tackles for the comp kind of goes against what you're saying there...

Anyway, another game we should win, so we'll probably do it tough - Pretty sure we'll get the points here but it should be close - Panthers by 4

With any luck Reynolds doesn't back up

It seems Adam has suffered a subluxation of his shoulder.

(That is a partial dislocation).

He will be having MRI scans to determine the extent of the damage.

Looks like he could be out for an extended period unfortunately.

I am shattered.

Yeah that's shit news for Souths. They are done without him.
