There are so many shit teams in the comp this year but all fans of them take heart that at least you're not in Knights territory.

Something that will probably get glossed over in that match, but one of the Knights players, i think it was Peter matautia, made one of the best tackles of the season on Leilua in the play immediately before we scored the equalizer. Leilua would have beaten two players in any other team, but that bloke chopped him down with a cruncher from the side. Very impressive.

As for the raiders, that was disgraceful and the final result will once again gloss over the arrogance issues that exist when we are favourites.

I think the Knights big mistake was going for the 2 just after half time. Another try at that stage would have ended us and our line defence was shaky as f*ck.

I think if we had have had someone like Mullen today the result would have been different. I'm not sure if the call came from Brown or Hodkinson but Mullen would just grabbed the ball and gotten on with it. It was a bad decision - but they're probably used to being down by 30 by that stage so it hasn't been spoken about.

Yeah that was a real good tackle. I mean we leaked points immediately after it but he got a good hard shot on BJ like not many have this year.

They're generally competitive for a lot of the game but then let in a lot of points very quickly. Then they get on the back foot and don't have the experience/quality to stop it and the scoreline blows out.

Also not to disrespect the Raiders but the sides smashing us have generally been of higher quality - or at least play to a higher quality against us. Raiders no doubt have a good side on paper but I've rarely seen it on the field so we can at least compete with them.

Same as regular time, if a team does that you use the sin bin. Regardless...if the refs are hesitant to do so, fatigue will eventually lead to openings. At very least we will see more exciting play where teams aren't just lumbering forward with no thought of passing

They could always make it golden try or most points if not try scored. You'd also get a lot of FG shots though I guess. Hopefully they dump 7 tackle sets soon as they are half the problem.
