So the winner of this match plays the Raiders in Canberra why? Surely whatever advantage Canberra had was lost when they lost to the Sharks

They spent an entire year earning their place in the top 4. They lost to the team ranked 3rd and the winner today will beat the 6th or 7th placed team. It would be a joke if Canberra didn't have home ground advantage next week.

Also if your logic was correct than the teams that come 3rd and 4th can only get a home match in the finals if they win week 1 and get a home prelim. That's incredibly stupid for so many reasons.

I really like this tactic of not kicking on the last.

Can't say I'm a fan. The panthers are a few repeat sets from blasting the dogs off the park. If a few of those terrible last tackle options were instead grabbers for a repeat set I think the panthers could be miles in front. Especially against a big tiring dogs pack.
