Thought Melbourne got some lucky calls but they were the better team in the second half and their big game experience shone through at the crunch time. The Eels gave away some stupid penalties and got punished because of it.

Observation from the last couple of Storms games, is that at full time the referees shake Cameron Smith's hand before any other player or opposition captain - fans with whistles.

Typical lack of class from the Storm though, I'd draw wood if someone were to punch Will Chambers' head in. And of course they got away with murder as per usual.

Kenny Edwards is the worst in the NRL at last minute time-wasting. It's pretty ridiculous that a player on any team can just take as long as they want without any ref intervention

Proud we got so close. We really rattled them.

Unbelievably frustrated with some of the calls that went against us, but that's the way it goes against Melbourne and we were in a position to win despite that. End of the day, Manu Ma'u taking out Slater for absolutely no reason (which lead to a try) and then Brown flying out of the line and conceding that late penalty when the Storm were literally hitting, dropping, and trying to waste time cost us the final set. Two small moments like that can be massively costly in big games and they were tonight.

Parramatta were so bloody good at shooting themselves in the foot, typical from Melbourne though what do you expect, can get away with murder every day of the week.
