No they weren't. But they embraced the grind and got it done, and Wests did play well for a team in their position on the table. Most definitely need to improve handling and short kicking game. Getting the captain back will help.

I actually think we were quite poor. Probably our worst game out of the last 4 games where we've looked competitive yet we were still in it until the final 5.

Let's not forget we basically gave Penrith 2 tries and misssd something like 60+ tackles

Our handling and 5th tackle options were diablolical. A top team would have put a few on us

Unfortunately I only see pennies making up the numbers in the finals, as much as I'd like to see them do well that's just how I feel. Need a new coach or something, too many talented players to be where they are

When you go through most of those wins they're all scrappy, but I guess whatever helps getting the 2 points
