The smell of fear emanating from the chook pen.

We are battle hardened for this match. The Roosters have been playing against B grade opposition and have only impressed for one 20 minute period out of 8.But thats O.K....if the Roosters think they have a Dog in this fight,it'll be a poodle by games end with it's backdoor getting self cleansed.

Being scared of the Panthers is like being scared of the monster under the bead, as soon as you have a look you realise it's just a myth.

Then you lull into a lucid dream to realise that Freddy Kruger has given up on wearing Souths colours, and is donning a Panther jersey, thence ends up tearing strips off you...and you don't wake up...ever.

Odd comment... not really sure what you are getting at here but whatever

The 03 butthurt remains :)

I'll never tire of the delusion that if Todd Byrne scores they win

No one has actually brought that up. To be honest 2013 exorcised the 2003 and 2004 demons for us. Looking back at it, i don't feel anything but happiness for our little cousin having a one off good season.

Yeah he avoided surgery and eye is mending its self. Still think its a risk if he plays tonight. A little bit too soon and we don't really need him in the side.

Especially when Edwards had such a fine performance last week... poor bugger might leave soon if all these guys are somehow in front of him.

Hook is off his f**king head. Hiku isn't match fit and his eye can't possibly be 100%. Does he think our success last year was because of the shitty centre we had sitting on the bench? Its a wasted interchange.

Even if we lose a back. Yeo to centre and move Whare to wing. If our fullback goes down dwz to fullback. The one position we dont have cover for is hooker. Any other position is covered with suffling a player or two.

We belted Tigers last week with an all forward bench and they had a centre on theirs. So we decide to copy that?

Out of all coaches who have coached Penrith, Griffin is the only one in 50 years to have taken over the side after it missed the finals and then made the finals in his first year. He deserves at least for the team's supporters to wait and see what happens on the field before rubbishing him, especially in a game day forum.

Hiku on the bench is a dumb call, you can't argue with that. If it is because DWZ is still a bit rusty or JFH doesn't have the gas to play 80 yet then fair enough but just calling it off what we know.

Coach might pull off another surprise and bench the Peach and put Hiku in the starting lineup.

Makes sense when the defense out wide is going to be paramount.
