Warriors have been bad for a while even before Kearney but I don't think they were this bad.
I don't understand their gameplan at all.

Warriors are a dumb team with dumb players. No coach can fix that. None whatsoever.

Mannering needs to be sacrificed for the greater good.

Warriors need to cut his heart out and transplant a fraction in to the 15 other players (Hoffman doesn't need it).

Adding 1/15th of the heart Mannering has to the rest of the Warriors should double or triple their effort and toughness...

Have you watched much Warriors over the last season and a bit?

I'm not saying Ayshford is quality, but he's comfortably outplaying his peers and that speaks volumes in itself. Fus isn't a centre anyway and Kata the usual unpredictable flawed potential. Aysh is a rare solid player we can depend on.
