No it couldn't. There was nothing on there. Moses panicked in the face of rushing defenders and just smacked the ball hoping for the best. Even if it went to a tiger they weren't scoring.

I agree that teams like the tigers need to play their hand instead of just following the more structured teams. That isn't the answer.
