Hard to say how either of these teams will play.

Despite not having NRL players, France should have the advantage in first grade quality and cohesion. Most of their team comes from 1 SL club and 1 Championship club. Talented halves in Fages and Barthau should see them playing some nice footy off the back of a tough pack.

Lebanon have a few very high quality NRL (Farah, Moses, and Lichah) players making up the core of a largely sub-NRL level side. If Farah and Moses don't break down in handbags on or off the field they could engineer a win and an almost certain path to the quarters.
Freddy has coached underdog rep sides to wins before and will definitely get the best out of his team.

Looking at the sides, as expected France have the edge on grade experience. On paper France win. Interesting test for their new(ish) coach.

Correct, appears to have been changed in the EPG. Initially listed at midnight, now 7:30pm NSW 6:30pm QLD 7pm SA 4:30pm WA, so essentially on a 3.5 hr delay

So stupid. It's the World Cup. Should be live!
7's copping heat for this but it's on the organisers IMO. No reason they couldn't have shifted the double header a little bit and put FRA v lebanese on either before or after it
