I know it had to be a penalty but I kind of feel like that should be fine. Widdop was jumping trying to kick the ball and basically took himself out of the contest. With 2 players coming together like that I'm ok with a bit of lush and shove.

Having said that the rules are clear and they couldn't really give it.

Well have stated earlier in thread that this could be the game where England play themselves back into form. Certainly not happening at the moment ! Nowhere near being at 100% .....and need to find that percentage if they want to make the final and then compete in the final. Reckon there will be a significant attitude and skill lift in the 2nd half ....and the Kumuls will be worn down. Crowd wise ....yeah disappointing but those saying it should have been moved to PNG are off the mark. Planned months in advance with crowd attendees having booked flights / accomm etc.
