Obviously not as much as Napa, but the question has to be asked. Plenty of players make head contact on opponent's with their heads with clumsy efforts, and nearly all ruled accidental, despite the damage it can cause.

But an accidental hit with the shoulder in that situation could lead to a penalty or binning, and with an arm probably would.
