Crowds and Membership are 2 different things. Whilst it couldn't hurt for clubs to provide a breakdown only diehards on forums like this would really care. If a club has 10k ticketed members and 20k non-ticketed it still means they have gotten 30 thousand people to invest in to a club membership, you can't make people spend money they don't want to on things they don't need.
In contrast if a club has 16k members and 15k are ticketed you could probably ask what they are doing wrong to have so few non-ticketed members, not everyone can make games regularly. Every club is different, giving options for all your fans to join in whatever level is appropriate for their situation is key. In both cases those 30/16k people have looked at membership packages and decided on the best one for them.
