I know all you cordner fans are wondering...

18 runs for 133m... easily the most of any forward on the field as we all knew it would be.

He had 50 in the very important stat of post contact metres.... another high for any forward on the field.

Let's not forget he is a SOO winning captain and greg inglis isn't.

What a man.

Pretty sure half of Cordner's metres were made being tackled on the last.

Maloney MOTM, Jake T very good, easy the best NSW forward, his brother good too except for letting a try in. Mitchell great at times. Cleary had his moments. The NSW forwards seemed to be outplayed though. Ponga an unexpected demon in defence, would be MOTM if his side had won. Cordner and Prior both average. De Belin not much better. Roberts has surely done his dash.

Thought we bombed it but the effort to hang in and win was magnificent. Love you so much Brad Fittler nobody deserves this more in the world than you.

NSW basically won the game as soon as hunt kicked the ball 25 m dead on the third tackle immediately after Roberts got sin binned. That said pretty loudly that queensland weren't up to it. Probably due to their scientifically proven tiny brains relative to the much larger brains found in NSW

Surely you can not be serious lol
I am serious.

Incorrect disallowed try.

Incorrect penalty try. (to be fair these were both bunker calls)

Incorrect knock on call on a strip.

Incorrect played at call on a kick that gifted another set that NSW scored off.

Incorrectly allowed NSW to stand offside all night while penalising Queensland in identical situations.

Failed to penalise James Roberts for a crusher.

Failed to penalise James Maloney for a cannonball

Failed to penalise Latrell Mitchell for a headbutt.

Failed to penalise Tyson Frizell for starting a fight for no reason, while at the same time incorrectly penalising Queensland for a “dangerous throw” that was nothing of the sort.

Incorrectly awarded a mystery penalty to NSW at the end for apparently no reason.

Failed to penalise and sin bin Josh Addo-Carr for holding down Ponga after a long break.

Like it or not, nobody influenced this game for NSW as much as Sutton did.
