To all the idiots that were attacking the Knights to high heaven for signing Ponga, he’s already proven to be helpful regardless of the outcome of this game.

It’s a long season

Nobody doubts his talent

Hopefully his body is up to a full season of first grade

The knights have signed s good player

Sure he could get injured, but any young player you sign you run the risk of them getting injured.

We were getting told from everyone he couldn’t even handle FG which was slightly worrying. He’s clearly a very composed and talented kid and will just get more so as he matures.

I've been more impressed with his defence then anything. I remember watching him in an NYC game against he tigers, he was playing in the halves aand he deadset dogged it in defence

For mine when played for us his body seemed pretty fragile compared to seasoned first graders

He’s got guts though

I don’t think carrying such a small side as the Knights have was really a great idea against Manly. They’re out-muscling us.

To be honest he still doesn’t look like he’s developed fully yet...although to be fair I think there’s a couple of his team mates in the same position.
