Because Cummins f**ked up and warned the Panthers that next penalty will be binned after 1 consecutive penalty.
He didn’t f**k up. He warned them the next one would go to the bin, and followed through.

The Panthers have conceded 8 penalties, almost all of them in their red zone. It’s consistent with what’s happened this season. Plus it was so f**king obvious.

Problem is merkin, it's so f**king subjective.
How many in a row is enough?
Red zone? Does it matter?

It's so f**king random.

I made a mistake, he warned them after 2 consecutive penalties in a 5 minute period.
The penalty that prompted the warning was given about 15m out from the Roosters line.
That warning was not consistent with others given this year.
