He consistently breaks jaws with his tackling style, he can control it but he chooses not to

Head clashes are typically accidental, nothing accidental about the way he's dropping his head
I don't think you know what consistently means. It's happened twice.

Graham broke Burgess cheek in the GF with a head clash. And did very similar the other week.

I'm not saying he should be binned for it but Napa's is no more a precedent or pattern than Graham's given he's done it twice as well.

I just want consistency on head clashes, nothing more. Not one rule for Napa and one for everyone else.

Wow biased much.. he didn’t drop down to match McCullough height, he ducked down to get more power into the tackle

Whatever. Matches height and the head is the first point of contact, very conventional tackling technique.
