Warriors a bit lucky at the end to have 13 on the field, but defended really well. With the momentum and class they faced in the last two minutes, Warriors of previous years would have conceded a try for sure. Instead, they hang on to a very useful 12 point lead set up by some lovely attack in the middle of the half. Especially good with Johnson out.

Roosters had their moments, and look like they can score quickly, but need to do that soon. Mostly they need to complete sets. One half down and Roosters fans surprised to have their team on the right side of the penalty count.

Whatever it is,it is refreshing to see the Warriors go well. Even if they don't win,they have a solid platform to build on for the rest of the year. Good times ahead for the Warriors.
