That's a hard sin bin to swallow when only a minute earlier he called Jeremy latimore out for being offside who didn't retire to his position until the play moved away from him.

Warriors just can't seem to get much going there way tonight.

Unlucky.

Give the whistle a rest in the 2nd half. Please.

Soft binning after heaps of soft penalties.

Warriors playing a good style of footy... hope they run out of steam and we roll em in the 2nd half.

Great first half of defence but the Dragons dominated possession and were pretty strong in the middle.

If the second half repeats we lose. Lafai is making Hiku look like a 12 year old on defence, but it hasn't cost us yet.

The warriors are doing a great job of getting in the faces of the dragons ball players, but they are pushing the limits when getting off their line to do it. Good on them for playing hard and fast in defence, but if you mistime it, you're offside.

Dragons are supposed to win.

Pretty disgusting to watch this rubbish.

It will be eleven V 13 shortly.

Great defence by the warriors, numbering up well on the edges and moving of their line fast. We are losing the physical battle, I'm waiting for when our pack will turn up, they are getting bullied here.

Two tries from sticking the hand out, pretty poor from us.

Our middle men need to give our playmakers the space they need to create. We have been made to look average bu the likes oh Bleh.

Penalty count is fine. Most of those were very much premeditated attempts to slow down and rush up on their own goal line. It was effective and the Dragons had nothing to deal with it. It's possible for penalty counts to be self inflicted.

That said, fantastic half of footy from the Warriors. Defended well against a team that was throwing plenty and took their chances when they got them. Flawless under the circumstances.

This 2nd half will tell us a lot about this Dragons side.

The question for me is whether they have the creativity to create points against the better defensive sides in the game. Widdop, Hunt & Dufty are all great support players who play with a lot of instinct but they have had the benefit of playing on the back of some really strong go forward and quick play the balls.

Now all of a sudden they're not dominating the ruck and they need to start creating some opportunities and they've looked a little bit clueless in attack.

They come out fresh against a 12 man defensive line and a side who's going to have to play with 16men in the 2nd half. They need to prove they can put some points on against a strong defensive team even if their forwards can't start rolling the ruck.

Makes for an interesting 2nd half.

Most complaints aren't about the penalties against us but rather some of the very poor non-calls the other way.

They're reffing teams on their own goal line differently to the rest of the field though. The Dragons didn't spend much time on their line because the Warriors scored every time they were there.
